Galaxy Note 10 vs. Galaxy S10: Design comparison
It seems like Samsung had in mind to rule the year to make a huge statement among its peers by launching beast after beast.
The company shifted the fingerprint sensor at the back in previous models to the front in Galaxy S10. It now uses an ultrasonic on-screen fingerprint sensor that very accurately senses the ridges of your finger. The device measures 149.9 x 70.4 x 7.8 mm in size and weighs 157 g.
On the other hand, Galaxy Note is also going to have the on-screen fingerprint sensor than at the back below the rear camera. But Galaxy NOTE 10 is rumored to be having a mammoth display of 6.6 inches and the stylus pen as well making it heavier than Galaxy S10.
Apart from these Galaxy Note 10 is equipped with a Stylus Pen for which the Note series is known for. Not only the Note 10 has an upper hand with the S Pen, this time the S Pen is not a regular stylus but holds an optical zoom camera that is fixed at the rear end of the stick whose functions are controlled by the buttons placed on the side of the stick itself.
Display of Samsung Galaxy Note 10 over S10
Galaxy S10 has an infinity display of size 6.1 inch with a super AMOLED screen along. The screen is not only protected by Gorilla Glass v6 but the device also has an eye comfort display that protects the eyes from the blue light without changing the picture color.
Galaxy Note 10 is supposed to be having a gigantic display of size 6.6 inch and since it is releasing after S10, it is surely going to have all the features as in Galaxy S10 that is eye comfort display, super AMOLED screen, Gorilla glass v6. What other changes the company adds will be revealed later as the year progresses.
Galaxy Note 10 vs S10: Camera Comparison
Galaxy S10 has a triple rear camera placed horizontally. One 16 MP camera which is ultra-wide providing 123-degree vision field, one 12 MP which is a wide-angle camera and one 12 MP telephoto camera. Besides these, you can also use 2 x optical zoom camera. The telephoto camera is not available on Galaxy S10e and only available on S10 and S10+. It also has a dual front camera which can capture 4k UHD videos. Besides these, the device also has a dual pixel sensor for face recognition locks which is brought by Samsung for the very time.
Galaxy Note 10 is supposedly having a 12 + 16 + 13 MP triple lens rear camera and an 8 MP front camera. Hopefully, these cameras would also be providing the same functions as in Galaxy S10. Galaxy Note 10 is not only confined to these cameras. It also has an additional camera in its S Pen and we hope it adds some good value by providing good quality captures to the device rather than being just a mere added quality.
PERFORMANCE:
Galaxy S10 uses fast wireless charging 2.0 and the charger also has a turbo cooling pad to prevent overheating of the device and also uses Samsung Exynos 9 Octa 9820 chipset and 8 GB RAM. It was supposed that Galaxy Note 10 might be following the same old 6 GB RAM but since Galaxy S10 uses 8 GB RAM, Note 10 would also be using the same.
It is said to using both the chipsets, Samsung Exynos 9 Octa or Snapdragon depending upon the territory.
NETWORK CONNECTIVITY – Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is coming with 5G
Samsung Galaxy Note 10 was supposed to be released before Galaxy S10. It was rumored that Galaxy Note 10 is going to be the first device with 5G connection and so the next series by Samsung was also supposed to be having the same 5G connection.
But Samsung released S10 before Note 10 with 4G connectivity (supporting 3G and 2G as well). The speculations about Galaxy Note 10 to have a 5G connection is racing fast and strong and so it is almost confirmed that it is coming with a 5G connectivity.
PRICING
The galaxy S10 is rated at $899 whereas we are estimating the price of Galaxy Note 10 to be around $1150 to $1400. The pricing of Galaxy Note 10 might provide the company with a setback as it enters the $1000+ group. The company might be pricing it too high but it also is giving a good amount of features for that price. We hope the price is not skyrocketing.
